These terms govern your use of the Widda Chrome extension, the website at widda.club, and the creator dashboard at dash.widda.club (together, “Widda”). By using Widda you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
YouTube
Widda uses YouTube API Services. By using Widda you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Widda is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
For viewers
- Widda is free for viewers.
- Widda shows promo codes and referral links from creators you subscribe to on supported merchant sites. Nothing is applied unless you click Apply. Widda earns no commission from your purchase; creators pay Widda a small fee when you choose to apply their code.
- Discounts and referral terms are set by merchants and creators. We don’t guarantee that any code is valid, current, or produces a discount.
- You must not use Widda to generate fake activations, automate clicks, or otherwise inflate a creator’s results.
For creators
- You must sign in with the Google account that owns the YouTube channel you register. Your channel is verified through YouTube, not self-reported.
- You may only add promo codes and affiliate links that you are entitled to use and share, and that comply with the merchant’s program rules.
- Fees. Widda charges $0.05 for each activation — when a viewer clicks Apply on your code or link on a supported site — subject to a 24-hour limit per viewer per site. Activations by your own Google account are not counted. Fees are invoiced monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each invoice.
- We may void activations that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid, and we will not bill for them.
- You can remove your codes or close your account at any time; fees for activations before that point remain due.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Widda: no reverse engineering to defeat security or billing controls, no scraping our API, no interfering with merchant sites, and no unlawful or infringing content in promo codes or links. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability and changes
Widda is provided “as is” and “as available”. Supported sites, features and prices may change; we’ll give creators at least 30 days’ notice of price changes. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widda is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for merchant or creator actions, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
